This WhatsApp beta update for iPhone also offers hints on future features. The Facebook-owned app has been working on the show contact shortcuts feature on the iPhone’s shared sheet menu for quite some time. This was also revealed in the previous update and now the latest beta update brings it to more users.
The popular WhatsApp feature tracker WABetaInfo has released all the new features that come with WhatsApp v188.8.131.52 beta for iPhone. After this update, more users can now see the contact shortcuts on the iOS share sheet. Tracker says this feature will work for users on iOS 13.6 beta.
