Vodafone Idea (Vi) has just announced its new unlimited data offer for prepaid users. Telco will provide unlimited data to prepaid users between 12 am and 6 am without any Fair Use Policy (FUP) restrictions. Again, this is a unique data offering from Vi that no other telco is currently providing to its users. Moreover, Unlimited data will be charged at no additional cost to users. All users will be offered a recharge with a plan of Rs 249 or higher.

Unlimited Vi data to For users at midnight
From midnight to 6 am, Vi users will get unlimited data benefits without recharging from an unlimited plan of Rs 249 or more. Please note that the “Weekend Data Transfer” offer will be available to eligible users. Therefore, this offer is more beneficial for users as they can now receive both weekend data rollover offers and additional data.
Vi said that demand for top (OTT) material has increased a lot and tingling has become very common till late at night. Therefore, to help its users easily view content at night, it provides them unlimited high speed data.
Apart from this offering, Vi now offers users three unique offers that no other telecom company offers to its users in India. The first is the “double data offering”, under which users receive twice as much data from the FUP as they are about to receive. Another is the “Weekend Data Transfer” offer, under which users can use all unused data on weekends on weekends. Now third, which is “unlimited data from midnight to 6 am” for late night bing or whatever users want to do with that data.
It will be interesting to see if Vi can retain the old customers and attract the new users that it has launched.

Vodafone Prepaid Plan with Unlimited Night Data Offer
There is a prepaid plan of Rs 249, in which you get unlimited calls and 1.5GB data daily for 28 days. If you connect with the company’s MyVi app, you will get an additional 5GB of data.
The Rs 299 recharge plan includes unlimited talk time and 4GB of data per day and has a validity period of 28 days. The Vi also has a prepaid package of Rs 449 which offers unlimited calls and 4GB daily data for 56 days.
Those buying for Rs 599 will get unlimited talk time, 1.5GB data per day and additional 5GB data. The validity of this plan is 84 days. Users will have to purchase this plan through the MyVi app to get an additional 5GB of data.
The site also mentions a prepaid Vodafone plan of Rs 699, which includes 4GB daily data and unlimited calls for 84 days. There are a few more recharge plans that support the new Knightley data offer. Check other Vi’s plan here
