Telecom service company Idea (Idea Cellular) has sent a message to its customers saying that from June 29, all the existing customers of its Nirvana Postpaid will be shifted to Vodafone Red. The company says that from June 29, the billing system (Billing System) is also being changed.
In such a situation, the customers of Idea Nirvana Postpaid will be automatically shifted to Vodafone. After this, the existing plan of customers will be converted into a similar postpaid plan of Vodafone Red.
No change in SIM, plan or number
The company has sent a message to its customers that after the shift to Vodafone Red, there will be no change in the existing plan, SIM, number of Idea Nirvana Postpaid customers. Also said that after the shift to Vodafone Red, customers will start getting some additional services.
These include REDX, an international roaming facility in 80 countries. In addition, Nirvana customers will get the facility of more than 2,500 Vodafone and Idea stores across the country at no extra charge.
Customer care number will be changed
The company said that after the shift, its customers will also get access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. For any kind of information, they have to go to the website of Vodafone itself.
