Last year Amazfit launched the Bip U as one of its cheapest smartwatches in India. Bip U blew us away despite the lack of some requirements. Amazfit now wants to please consumers with its “Pro” version, called Bip U Pro. The company has already teased the additions on Amazon, but an official date remains to be announced.

The Bip U Pro was launched in the US market in December 2020 as an upgraded version of the standard Bip U model. The only new additions include the Amazon Alexa command, a GPS sensor, and a microphone to pick up a geomagnetic sensor for the compass. The rest of the features, including the design, are similar to the standard Beep U.
Price of Amazfit Bip U Pro in India
The Bip U is currently priced at Rs 3,999 in India and with its additional features, the Pro variant is priced at Rs. 4,999.

Similar to the standard model, the Beep U Pro comes with a 1.43-inch LCD screen with a design that mimics Apple Watch wear devices. The screen has 2.5D glass for protection and has an anti-fingerprint coating. The watch is made of plastic and has silicone straps. Amazfit sells it in three color variants, namely Black, Green and Pink. The total weight of the plastic body is 31 grams.
When it comes to health facilities, Bip U Pro can measure heart rate, blood oxygen saturation monitoring, sleep monitoring, stress monitoring, and more, courtesy of its BioTracker 2 PPG optical sensor. GPS and geomagnetic sensors can help with general fitness measurement packages.
Amazfit Bip U Pro can also show you information on your smartphone, call and message alerts, music playback control, stopwatch, weather forecast, camera shutter control, finding my phone, etc. With its 230 mAh battery, Amazfit promises a full endurance of 9 days on a single charge.
Bip U Pro is expected to compete with Realme Watch S, which is also priced at Rs 4,999. The Realme Watch S features a circular dial and basic fitness tracking functions.
